Best card for ~£200?

Hello,

Got myself a job this morning (woohoo!) so I'm gonna be having some lovely cash coming my way soon and my thoughts have immediately turned to upgrading my PC So... what's the best PCI-E graphics card I can get my hands on for approx £200 (will go a bit over probably)?

Was thinking 7800GT of some description or is an X1800 of some description any better - bang for buck?
