Best card for £35

Hi, im building a pc for my gf's house, just gerneral use, but her dad does photoshoping and i would like to run windows 7 on it.

Im lookin at getting.

Only want to spend about £35 on a card.

Would it be possible to run 64 bit windows 7, or whats the cheepest card that will run 64 bit.

If you're not gaming at all then I'd get this:

It's pretty poor as far as gaming goes, but it's alright for movies and Aero. I think it's worth it over the 3450 at least, unless you want a passive card.

If you are intending to game then I'd suggest increasing your budget to at least being able to get a 4670 or similar.

Which is better out of the GeForce 9600 and the 4670 for the price? being that both cost the same.
Will they both run 64bit ok?

Still, for your needs and budget it may be worth tracking one down!

I've used a few, crisp graphics, low power, native HDMI, really good card for the money. If gaming then a used nVidia 8800GT sells around your budget! TBH if its a cheap and cheerful, all purpose, all connecting PCI-E 2.0 x16 DX10 card the ASUS card above is hard to beat!

The 4350 does look good, i can find it in my range, but does OCUK not do something the same spec (and silent) in the 35-45 range.
Just because i know their customer service is realy good, i know some one is on the end of a phone and i will be gettin brand new with manufacturers warrenty.

The mobo has PCI-Express x4 if that makes a difference to the card working.

The Radeon HD4650 is lookin a good option atm. Is the fan pretty silent on it?

Guessing the 4650 gives better performance than the 4350 futher up.
It looks to have a lot of heat sink and a small fan, recon it will be relativly quiet?
Also, 4650 1gb or 9500GT 512 or 9600 512?
