Your Tagan 430W PSU will easily suffice for a 7900GTO. More than easily.

so im just about to buy a new gpu for my rig.. either the MSI 7900 GTO 512mb SILENT or the X1900XT. The 7900 is a bit cheaper which is definitely a plus for me since i have £200 budget. But the x1900xt is hdr ready for a bit more money. which one do you think is better for the long run (future proof) ?

Ordered my 7900GTO, hope it's as good as everyone seems to think. Want better than lowest settings on NFS Carbon, which is all my 6600GT can achieve at the moment...
