Best card for around £150?

I'm looking for opinions on what the best gfx card would be for around £150, but really don't want to go over that as I have to buy a cpu,mobo and ram as well.

Having a quick look myself I would have thought the PowerColor X850 XT would be the best option @ £146.82 but could be persuaded otherwise.

If it is indeed the best card in this price bracket could anyone tell me how loud it is please.

Look out for 7800GT's which are really dropping in price. When the 7900 is released in a few weeks, the 7800GT should be about £160. I mean I have seen then selling for £175inv VAT and del. recently.
