Best card for me?

That E4700 at stock speed will be a bottle neck to a GTX 460.

I find my E6300 OC'ed @ 2.8Ghz is bottlenecking my GTX 460 by a considerable amount.

Annoying as it is.

PSU you should get to make sure it has all the correct connectors for that D945GCCRG1 motherboard and has one PCI-E 6pin.

Buying anything else would be a waste of money on that system. E4700 will be fine just don't expect miracles, it will play most of the games fine... Also what resolution monitor have you got there ?

Great post, that is very cood value for that PSU and GPU, might be worth looking at this.
