Best card sub 100

Ive seen the 800GT alpha dog XFX for 72, would this be my best bet for under 100 quid? Lookign to upgrade my 1950

Best card under £100 is the 4830, its faster than the GT.

+1. The extra tenner will be money well spent, although if you're up for overclocking then the 4830 will reach similar speeds

The standard Nvidia 9800GT or the ATi HD4830 are the best cards easily under £100.

My personal pick would be the HD4830. I have one myself, a Sapphire model which unfortunately it seems that OcUK must have ran out or no longer stock anymore. It runs very cool thanks to its slightly smaller PCB and third party heatsink/fan, overclocks great to near enough 4850 speeds and with some tweaking, it plays some of the latest games fine, even at 1920x1200 if you do not bother with high AA/AF settings.
