What is the best card today for both £150 and £200?

I am looking for cards for 2 people and have set budgets.
 
£208- Fast but hot and noisy though, Nvidia 480

Nvidia or Amd, in case there is a preference to either brand, all the cards at each pricepoint perform there or there abouts with each other.

For the £200 money it's a 6950 and then excel with unlocked shaders + OC and get = a £270 card.

The lower bracket.... I have no idea as I dot see them as a worthwhile purchase for what they give.
