Little bit over but worth it. There is an OEM refurb 460 for 86 though.

On the AMD side, your best bet is a HD 6770.
On the Nvidia side you can get a refurbished OEM (1 year warranty) GTX 460 1GB. This is a much more powerful card - but has less warranty. As Moothead2 highlights, you can get a new version of this card for £10 over budget and this comes with 3 years of warranty - a good deal imho.
Also, if you look around you can get a HD 5830 for under 100. This is a fair bit more powerful than a 6770 (and a bit slower than the above GTX 460). But compared to both it requires more electrical power.
