Just get whichever brand of 4670 you prefer.

PowerColor ATI Radeon HD 4670 PCS 512MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI (PCI-Express) - Retail for £64.61 inc VAT would be my choice.
 
I got a 4670 whilst my 4870 was in RMA.

Stunning card for the money. Played GRID all on High with all the extras on 1680x1050 res, no AA with no slowdown. Takes a bit of a hit with AA applied but i was stunned for the money i payed.

Also Crysis 1280x1024 high DX9 3xloop got 30fps.

I was shocked.
