Best carnivore book

I am looking for a proper meat book.

One that shows and explains all cuts, how to prepare (removing breasts, deboning etc), cooking the different meats to perfection and maybe a few recipes for rubs and things.

Can anyone find anything good for me?

Ok it's not a book, but have you checked out YouTube on each subject. There's a plethora of information on there

The ginger pig book is fantastic, if only as an educational read rather than for any recipes. I learned a ton regarding cuts etc from this book
