best case fans?

I have one in my PSU, it is completely silent at 12v (at least to me it is) and quiter than my cases fans which have been 7volted

About 40cfm, which is very good for the noise level. It will be plenty on the Thermalright to cool pretty much any cpu unless you plan on putting very high voltage through the CPU (1.65v+ on athlon 64s), which would probably need water cooling/delta fan.

What cpu do you plan to overclock?

I am saying the cpu will probably max out before you need better cooling, the thermalright/aerocool will be fine up to about 3ghz @ 1.55v but most CPUs won't do that.

i got a p4 3.2GHz prescott 478 i already have it o/ced to 3.5GHz with no case fans, but i added an extra case fan ontop of my current stock cpu heatsink/fan
im hoping to do the same thing again and as the SI-120 has a 120mm fan 2 of those as bound to be better than 2 80mm fans

cheers. oh really try mount a fan ontop of another its so good, and i did it with 80mm fans cant wait to see what 120mm like
does that seriously work just shoving 2 fans together obviously the right way round

yea not joke don't know how i can prove it to you though but i was able to o/c mine by 300MHz and it never goes over 50oC and that with playing games solid for a few hours

they dont look half as good (specs)

It is accurate, and the specs are excellent.

Nexus are the best according to silent PC, and are £11 each

their specs are

Acoustic Noise 22.8 dB(A)
Airflow 36.87 CFM

Almost exactly the same as the aerocools, both of which are accuarate.

So, for £4 you can get a good looking fan, with LEDs that matchs the best silent fan available. What doesnt look good?
