best case for £30-£40

as title says im a fan of blue light fans need some with decent cooling

For that budget I would stick with the Asgard Pro and just add some blue led fans when funds permit.

i do like the look of the benfenix one but what about air flow with that one as will be overlocking cpu quite high on air so need a good flow

Zalman Z9+ is a good case for about £50, and has some nice blue fans with it (including another black and white fan also). Looks wise it might not float your boat though, depends what cases you like!
