As title, spec in sig, will shortly dive over to pci-e, so not a massive change as far as case is concerned, however, I currently have 4 HD's, will be getting another soon, and then in about a month another 1, so 6 eventually, want a nice big roomy case, to accomidate 6/7 120mm fans (im willing to cut my own holes in it)

Im currently thinking Akasa Eclipse-62 Aluminum Case but I Dont think it will be able to hold 6 harddrives, any ideas people ? nice big roomy case, good airflow

about a £80/90 budget, looked at the stacker, although it can hold 7 5.25" drives, it only comes with brackets to support 4 3.5" HD's, and im not going to buy after market adapters to make them fit, dont wanna spend more £££!

The original stacker (Can't remember what model it was). Those cages for the HDD's are great, as you can hold 8 HDD's with a 120mm fan infront of each to keep temps down. I recommended this case because it seems to suit the job, the same reason anyone would suggest anything Yewen.

You just did not justify your opinion, just put Stacker.

Your completely right it would do the job, bit out of his later stated budget though. Would be probably the best solution for the job if he had the money due to its seemingly endless capacity for adding in more drives.

The Eclipse would be a good solution, but 2 of the drives out of 6 would end up having very little airflow over them, not really a problem but if they get a LOT of use it may lower there life a bit.
