Best case for air-cooled system?

Afternoon users,

My rig has been slowly upgraded, and airflow has become something that I am worried about. My case was not designed for the high end system that it now houses, and I have to have all 6 of my fans on 100% to cool it adequately (it's a tad loud).

I don't particularly want to watercool my system as I move my case around quite a lot, so I'm looking for an air-cooled case.

Ideally I'd like a fairly spacious case too, as I have big components (eg 4870X2, etc.) so that I can tidy my cables a bit more.

A window so that I can see my beauty is an extra, but only if the performance is there.

What advice can you guys give me?

Thanks,

mojomonkeyx

Can't recommend the 300 enough, running mine with a arctic cooling freezer and manages my system perfectly well even with 4 hdd's as the fan's are perfectly placed.

Initially didn't like the 1200 with the blue lights and side window but now that its sitting in my room, I am very happy. I bought it primarily for its air cooling and it was within my budget. The build quality is first class, lights are not intrusive and top fan light can be switiched off. Quiet, not silent but certainly very bearable at low and medium fan speeds. Black interior looks cool too. Buy, its a quality piece of kit.

Antec 1200 if you can afford, though the 900 is good also if you can't stretch that far. The lack of dust filters on the 900 though hurts so you will need to get the can of air out every now and then :p

If you need a lot of space and can spend a lot of cash, plus a bit of easy cable management. Good Cooling, sidewindow to see your Bits

Thermaletake Armour + make sure you choose the new + version, better cable management ;)

+1 on both the 1200 and the Thermaltake Armor, have both and found them to be great to build in and plenty of space. The Armor does have a slightly annoying mobo tray tho as it has a metal 'lip' on the top which gradually gets deeper and deeper, can restrict what you place in the 2 5.25" slots next to it. I put a 120mm fan on the back of my IcyBox and it got in the way, 1 hacksaw job later and no more problem :)

What about the Lian Li Armorsuit PC-P60B Aluminium Midi-Tower Case over the 1200? Which is better out of those 2.
