best case for cooling

Hi,
im looking to get a new set up very soon. I want to keep the components as cool as possible with the least amount of fans as possible to cut down on noise. Have a nice case with lots of vetiliation and good air is the way to go i heard.
Recommend me a case that will do this well?
i heard that Lian-Li PC V1000 is the one for me.

Well then buy that one, one of the top cases available at the moment.

The stackers are good for cooling, but can use a lot of fans to acheive this.

I own a v1000+ and it is superb, the reviews online rate them highly and compared with other high end cases I think they compare most favourably.
