Best case for my hardwares

I have a PHANTEKS ENTHOO LUXE case right now I would like to replace it.

What I would like:

tempered glass side panel
high cooling performance
option for installing AIO (all in one) water cooling system
my graphics card is 340mm long(it would be good if 20 to 30 millimeters longer cards could fit)
my power supply has a hybrid mode. (Seasonic Prime 650 Titanium) It would be great if the case has a psu cover which has holes for air circulation, because the power supply facing upwards. OR: It is also OK if there is a possibility to remove it.

These are the important thing now.
I plan to replace all house fan to Noiseblocker eLoop B12-PS or Noiseblocker eLoop B14-2 or B14-3.
