Best case for temp and noise

Primarily temperature, I'm planning to put a scythe ninja cooler. And i want to put a dvd writer and cd writer. Any suggestions??. Budget around 50 - 70 quid

Akasa Eclipse is what you need. Probably a second hand one on your budget. Put a wanted ad in Members Market and get a bargain.
