Hi, I'm currently upgrading my PC and need some input on a computer case. I'm only upgrading my CPU, case & motherboard but I haven't ordered any of those yet. I may also purchase a CPU cooler as my current CPU gets extremely loud when playing games and would like to avoid that in the future.

I honestly don't know anything about cases so I'm not sure what I should be looking for. All I know is that I have 4 3.5 inch HDDs in my current PC that I would like to put in to the new case. I also don't really care about the appearance or colour of the case and am more focused on it staying cool.

The smaller the case the better I think as I don't really have much room in this little computer desk that I have. My current case is around 46 x 18 x 41 cm so I'd like it to be around that size but I have room for it to be slightly wider and taller. I could probably move the PC out of the computer desk and have it next to it if I need to have more room.

I'm on a pretty tight budget and don't want to spend that much on the upgrades so I would prefer one that's £30-40 with £50 being the maximum I'd want to go up to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Specs (including parts I intend on purchasing):

CPU: AMD FX6300 Black Edition 6 Core (3.5/4.1GHz)
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 660 Windforce OC Edition 2GB
RAM: Kingston 8GB (4x2GB) DDR3 2133MHz HyperX Genesis XMP Memory Kit
PSU: OCZ ZS Series 650W

Let me know if you need any more information if I've missed anything.

NZXT 340 is a lot of case for the money. It's slightly above your top limit coming in at £55 but well worth it imho.

I tend to agree with this, or one of these cases also are supposed to be good.

Bare in mind the 340 has no 5.25" bays so there are no DVD drives going into that case!

Thanks for the suggestions! I think I'm gonna go for the 200R as I do still use my DVD drive even if it's not very frequently. The NZXT case is extremely tempting though.

Thanks for the help everyone, I really appreciate it.
