Hi All,,

I want to vertical mount my 5080 as it obstructs the PCI connectors on my ProArt X870E, what are my best options for a case that will move the card away from the motherboard so I can populate this other slots?

Cheers

the Sup-01 is a pretty small form factor solution and whilst it may fit the board plus GPU in the intended positions, you would be limited to half height add in cards for the rest of your expansion slots.
My suggestion would be to look at the case range with vertical GPU mounts and see if your add in cards would be obstructed by the riser cable.

guessing if you have a 5080 that its going to be in excess of 2.5 slot thickness so be mindful that a lot of the vertical GPU mount solutions built into cases have very little room between the GPU intake fans and the side panel so it will restrict airflow.

There are third party GPU mounts available that can be magnetically attached inside a case if you wanted to sling the GPU into a different location.
All of the vertical mounts we carry are either designed for a specific case or brand and usually require attachment to the existing pcie brackets in the case.

if you go down the magnetic GPU bracket option, a larger chassis like the Enthoo Pro 2 may work for you as its cavernous and has plenty of room for positioning the GPU.
