The COMHOMA Office Desk Chair on rainforest seem to have pretty good reviews and is dead on your budget of £80. It's has a video demonstrating it's main features as well.

I am considering getting one or more for my workplace as well.

Don't buy this please if you are over 5 feet in height
I made a very bad mistake buying this chair... this chair is for kids or teenager who aren't at all tall. Very bad undertigh support and most of my back doesn't cover the seat when I sit on the chair. Very uncomfortable and can't sit for than 15 minutes at a stretch. It is difficult if you are working from home. Spent £80 and not worth the money. Don't get carried away by the beautiful professional photograhies shot with good camera angles in the advertisement page...i need a refund please...my back aches a lot
