Thinking of getting earphones so cheap, I'm not tempted to sell them. I had some IE80s, but didn't want to carry such expensive ones around me. I heard KZ make good quality earphones. They're £20 new on Amazon, and as low as £8 on eBay, but there are so many models, it's unclear which ones are best.
Best cheapest earphones (KZ or other)?

At that price range they are all the exact same. Just pick up any pair, there not going to make any difference what so ever.
The KZ ZS10 Pro are getting some good reviews.

Why don't you buy some decent ones second hand for a cut down price.
Because it's been in some ear or over them.
It is not difficult to give the shell of an IEM a good clean and you bring your own tips so what you put in your ears have not been in anyone else's.

I have some kzs they're great for the price but the lowest I would go for in terms of performance are the moondrop arias.
As with the kzs you'll still need to upgrade the cable and tips.
