In 2012 I got a 3D monitor with glasses (Samsung S23A700D) and HD7950, but I've not got round to trying 3D yet (mainly because I'm visually impaired and lack stereoscopic vision IRL, so most 3D glasses stuff like films etc look complete MEH to me).
My 8yo son has inherited the above setup so I figured it is worth giving this a whirl to see what he makes of it. Looking online a lot of the reviews cover FPS games that are probably inappropriate for his age, although Dirt 3 sounds promising as it has native HD3D support.
