Best client side spam filter?

A company provide us with email filtering, but spam still seeps through every so often. We previously used Spam Bayes, but it seems to have gone **** up for some reason. Can anyone recommend a good spam filter that can be used on MS Outlook?

The one bundled in with ESET SmartSecurity (aka NOD32 antivirus)

I have ESS but quite frankly its spam filter is useless and seems more like an afterthought, it picks up nothing, I'd look elsewhere.

i should have been more specific. I don't need a security suite, just a standalond application.

I used Spamfighter for quite some time added to Outlook.

Very good add-on, even the free version is good. Blacklists, Whitelists etc....

It will even work on Outlook 07

Spambayes, use it on my pc and other peoples. Once it has learnt I rarely get a FP.

I've tried a few different spam filters and have been using Spamihilator for a while now and think it's brilliant.

Sits as an application in the background and acts as a proxy to retrieve your email. Only uses a few mb of RAM and it's been working great for me

spamihilator seems to only work with pop3 accounts, whereas i'm in an exchange environment. I've got Spamfighter installed now, so we'll see how that goes.
