I'm looking at going Bucharest, Romania in September. I like to go out drinking and apparently its good there. Prague is also ment to be good.

Are you joking? And there are plenty of festivals all over Europe over the summer which are well worth visiting. Might require a plane though.

If you plan ahead and book well enough then budget airline is much cheaper than a train which is only going 2 stops up the road sometimes
