Best CMS?

I'm looking for a basic cms to isntall on my website. I prefer half page designs, not full page designs.

Can anyone suggest anything? I'm not interested in xoops or php-nuke.. been there, done that, burnt the t-shirt.

that site allows you to play about with most of the ones avaliable wihout you having to install them.

Depending what you want to do with this CMS, I would heartily reccomend Textpattern.

www.textpattern.com

It advertises itself as a blogging tool like Wordpress/Movable Type but it secretly can be used to much, much more.

It also has a really easily plugin core allowing you to custom write or request a plugin for doing extra special stuff like polls/voting/forums.
