Best COD4 and COD5 mods

As i've refused to buy MW2 but have all other COD's i was wondering which are the best MP mods for 4 and 5? Looking for hardcore style play with 8 or 16 players in each round. Any ideas?

Pro Mod on CoD4 is probably the most popular or at least the one that i know best.

Promod is very rarely hardcore. I would get the Starwars mod, it can be quite good fun. Aliens mod is hardcore and has custom maps. The best fun mod I have played though has to be the Props mod were you selected a certian random item from a list, say a laptop, and you have to hide within the map whilst a team of around 20 players tries to find you. I only play promod nowadays so I dont know if this or something like gungame are still popular.

Great one shot one kill server but you must walk around crouched or aiming down sights, running is only allowed for evasion of nades!
