best connection for the wii?

got an online order for one today (yay!), what sort of video cable comes with the console? component? rgb? hopefully its not just composite as i'll cry!!

also whats the best cable out there? i had a gc and the difference between the standard/rgb cable is amazing.

Get crying then, it's composite I'm afraid.

I got the RGB cable and thought it looked better for it but if you've got a component TV then get that cable as it allows the 480p output.

is there a decent component switch box available? i currently have my 360 connected via component on the one connection i have available.
