Best connector?

Not sure what to use on my new HP set up with 2x 4890s

The normal cable or HDMI is there any benefits to either?

dvi would be best

HDMI, DVI, or DisplayPort. All have equal picture quality, but HDMI can carry sound and has HDCP. DVI and DisplayPort CAN have HDCP too, but they aren't guaranteed to.
