What does everyone use for there business / at home / work for managing there contacts, including taking notes regarding conversations etc

For myself, a combination of Outlook and Sticky Notes. However if I was doing serious note taking Microsoft OneNote is quite good although it requires a thorough play with before you get fast with it.
