Best Contract and Phone???

I am thinking about going on three as it is cheap, though I heard its crap in regards tp reception. What are the pros and cons of three network?

Also, I am thinking of getting a LG Chocolate phone, I think its a sexy phone :) . However, I have negative feedback from people. What do you think? I want to get a new phone for Christmas because I hate Nokia phones now. Any recommendations for any other makes? Thnks.
 
for contract, roughly how many mins and txts a month do you use?

and what are your main uses from your phone going to be?

and as for 3, i dont know where you heard that info from, but its not true, reception is much better then a few years ago, ive been on 3 for about 13 months now, never really had probs with reception

I want about 800 mins and loads of text. I use my phone to text and call all the time.
