Well if you have no budget then you should get water or phase

but if you want a normal HSF then I would recommend Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro for only £15.

I have a P4 3.00 overclocked it to 3.15, temps are very high. I have a Evo 33 Cooler atm, whats the best HSF for me? got about £40 budget

Zalman 9500, cools my duel core intel as good as a cheap water cooling rig.

I use the AC Freezer 7 Pro, get 35c idle and 42-45 load.

I would really recommend it.

-If I open the case, whip up the fan to full speed and put a desk fan infront of it, I can get it down to 26-27 idle - lol

on the cheaper side is the artic cooler 64 or 7 pro.

then i would suggest either the big typhoon or si (or xp) - 120.

above this is scythe ninja (if it will fit into ure case).

beyond is the realms of water and phase.
