Best cooling for setup

Hiya,

I finally upgraded my system using a QX9650 and as Ram I am running 4 GB of TWIN3X4096-1600C7DHXIN Ram (XMP) -

Brilliant setup .. To try what it can do I ripped some movies which was done in lightspeed .. whats not good is the temperature of the CPU .. It went up to 95C (utilising all 4 cores to 100%) !!!

I am using the

THERMALRIGHT Ultra-120 eXtreme
and attached a
Noctua NF-S12-1200 120MM 1200r

Now the questions is, what would be the best cooling to use the full oompf without sending the CPU into the nirvana ?

I probably have to go water cooled -how is this case for instance ?

Have you tried reseating the cooler and putting on new thermal paste? Something must be wrong if you're getting 95C with a TRUE.
