You can't really overclock that cpu anyway (Unless you have some LN2) as it is pretty much maxed out already.

I would say you need a high end air cooler (Noctua D15, Phanteks PH-TC14PE etc) or a 240mm/280mm AIO.

Have you already bought the cpu ?
 
Yes, it's running at between 30 and 40 when I'm using it lightly atm, but am worried if I start playing games

What case, motherboard and ram do you have ? As you will need to check for any potential fitting/clearance issues.
