The new 3500ll's, (2x1GB) are using the latest Infineon Rev C chips and are supposed to be good. You'll be getting good timings with these IC's.

Yeh they are very good, quite pricey... but as you say, money is no problem:)

This is about the best I can get out of mine... Any higher on the HTT and I need to slacken the timings.

Awesome result mate. If the ICs used on these modules remain consistent accross different batches this RAM will be the best 2GB kit available. Only the Ballistix can match those timings at that speed but they tend to have a high mortality rate.

I've spoken to 2 others that can get similar timings at around the same sort of speed... So thats at least 3 sets that are good:)

And those timings are reached at 2.6V! Makes it even better... They were well worth the money in my opinion:)
