Hello all,

I need to RMA a PSU to Overclockers. Any thoughts as to the best/cheapest courier to use? It weighs a tonne and RM Standard Parcels strikes me as being slightly unreliable, unless I'm wrong?

Thanks.

have a look HERE

Citylink, TNT and DHL have all been good the many times i've used them.

RM is one of the best - I always use them. Better to get a next day thoug, and keep it under £10 as IIRC, that's the max ocuk will refund you.

Every time I RMA a graphics card (happens quite a lot), I use RM special and it arrives next day by 1 :D:p

Don't think it is actually?

Last I heard, they have to pay for the postage back the way if the product is fault (hence RMA). They won't do it unless you ask them.

Know this because I RMA'd a monitor, asked them to send the courier to collect and they set it all up.

They don't have to though :)

I've sent back things with the rainforest and a business seller on the bay and they both sent their couriers to collect it.

Good seller then :)

I found that the two best budget ones were HDNL and Yodel.

I hate HDNL, the drivers are absolute ****ers, never actually try and deliver but say they do. Plus the nearest depo from both my flat and house is about 30 mins..

Just a really bad company imo.

Never experienced yodel, might give em a go next time.

Only reason I like them is cos they come really late which is useful for me :)

So if I get a courier to collect it, and it does turn out to be faulty (which it is) would OcUK refund the postage?

Yes, up to IIRC £10
