Have been thinking about this and I want to oc
going to be building a black and white build so would like it to look the part

Definitely something to think about. Going to be at least 2 months before i'm close to starting/finishing this build but i'll definitely make a build log as it'll be my first wc build

in addition to my original question, is there any reason why the sabertooth wouldn't be a good option? Any reason not to go for it?
