Best cpu cooler for £27

Yes I know this is an accurate budget but as the new Alpenföhn Matterhorn Pure is now down to just under £27 I was wondering if any cpu cooler in the same price range would out do it?

IMHO That's a great price for a very good cooler.

Cooler Master 612s would be slightly bettee for £5 more but for the price, the Pure can't really be beaten.
