Best CPU Cooler for a Hadron Air?

Full spec (well relevant ones) is as follows:

4670k
Z87I-Pro
8gb OCZ Gold
270x Vapor-X

So what is the best air cooler about for the 140mm of space in the Hadron Air? While I want some decent cooling performance, I also like a silent cooler. The Phanteks PH TC14CS is just a sliver too tall, a bit annoying but oh well

The Noctua NH-C14 is the best cooler for the space you have to play with, assuming it fits your budget.

I could afford it, but Noctua are just ugly as sin frankly. Can't stand them.

The BeQuiet I'm worried would be slightly choked, with the downdraft fan only 3mm or so away from the window. Is this justified?

EDIT: I was mistaken on the Phanteks height, it's 138mm apparently so could just squeeze in. I'll likely get that tbh, looking at benchmarks it performs admirably.

EDIT AGAIN: But now Phanteks site say its 140.5! Arghhhhh
