Best CPU Cooler

Hi,

Hi building a computer for a friend, got mine on water but he does not like the idea of mixing the two so it's out the question

Question is i have heard good things about the TT and noctua coolers, however the zalman CNPS7500LED cooler is just as expensive? what are the performance like between the 3 is one better than the others?

The TTs are probably the best followed by the Noctua.
