BEST CPU FANS/HEATSINK ON THE MARKET?

ok well i am wanting to get the most effectiver cpu cooler on the market atm as i want to overclock a lot. My specs are:
- Intel Pentium 4 3.2GHz - overclocked to - 3518 MHz atm
- Prescott
- Sockets 478

Currently i have a normal intel socket 478 cpu fan and heatsink, i also have a normal case fan mounted on top of this (v effective)

what would the best fan for me to get me? i was looking at http://www.vapochill.com/main/page.asp?sideid=728 anyone if these are good or is there better?

yea thanx so no one recommends the fan + heatsink i was saying?

so all in all what is the best one for overclocking.....oh and can the 'Scythe Ninja' have a fan fitted on top? and how tall is it does anyone know?

ok i think i will go with the 'Scythe Ninja' it should fit into my computer....can i replace the fan supplied with it?

ah right i get you...can you recommend a good fan control for front bay? oh and say i want to add lots more fans how do i do this i only have 1 case fan and cpu fan atm and i have 1 3 pin connector free and one 4 pin connector free....can i get like double adaptors for 4 pins connectors?

is the 'Akasa Amber 120mm' fan any good because it has a very slow rpm

ok another question....ok i only have 1 4 pin connector free and 1 3 pin connector free say i want to put more fans in were do i plug them in? are there special adaptors?
