Hey lads I want to build a mid range gaming pc to last me two years aka till 2020 q1 , I am fine with changing the gpu once during that period but I need some advice on the CPU and would like a yes or no answer beacause I'm really confused so here it goes

Would a ryzen 5 1600 be sufficient for cpu demanding titles at 1080p 60 fps for the next 2 years?(I may wait for 2nd gen but I just want to know)
For now till vega is more affordable/next gen gpus are out I'd like an rx 570 since my games will benefit from a stronger cpu (hoi 4 Civ6 arma 3 and cities skylinea) . So again would the 1600 be able to handle this kind of games for the next 2 years?
Thanks in advance

Only if such a CPU exists though, sure the 2700X exists, but it doesn't mean you're going to get better performance unless the game uses the additional physical cores.

The 8700K is the best gaming CPU on the market right now.

Although I'd certainly wait until Ryzen 2's launch before making a purchase.

If I got cocky and bought 1st gen now or Zen plus was delayed a b350 strix won't cripple a 2600 in terms of OC will it?
