Going to get a DFI lanparty motherboard to really OC the CPU. Whcih of these should I get?

-3000+ Venice E3 (OC to 2.9GHz?) about 30-40
-Opty 144 about 60-70
-3700+ sandi (3.0GHz?)about 55-65
