Best CPU heatsink for my setup

hey i am new to the custom pc world and i need some help.

im trying to find a good cpu heat sink for my setup. i looked at the corsair h80i and i have no room in my case for it. im now looking for an air cooled one but i cant find one that will fit in my case. from the motherboard to the case it is about 140mm and i don't mind what way the heat sink exhausts the hot air

I think that will fit. What case do you have?

This heatsink is very good, it's cooling my 3570K @ 4.6GHz at 70C in Prime95 and about 50-60C in Battlefield 3.

Why won't a H80i fit? Is there something in the pic that I can't see?

Otherwise you just remove your rear exhaust fan and bolt the rad there with the fan on it in push.

well i was worried that the gpu mounts that petrued into the case would be in the way but now i see it from that angle it looks okay
