Best CPU/Mobo/Heatsink combo for ~£110

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a dual core processor (to overclock as close to 3Ghz as possible), motherboard and heatsink (if the stock one isn't enough) for someone who has ~£110 to spend. Can anyone think of a better combination than this:

Gigabyte P31-DS3 (£46.99)
Intel Core 2 Duo E2180 (£45.81)
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro (£17.61)

The PSU is 650W Seasonic and I've already got 4GB Crucial Ballistix PC5300 RAM to put into it along with the existing hard drives, DVD-RW and 7800GT so that side of things is all sorted. Ultimately the user would want to get a Radeon HD 4850 in time without any bottlenecking issues.

That looks about as good as you'll get for the money, the stock cooler might be enough but given there is just about enough room in the budget you might as well go for the Arctic Freezer.
