Best CPU my mobo can support?

I'm gonna wait 6 months to a year now before I do a full upgrade but Iwant a bit of a boost at the moment. My mobo has an upgrade port to 940 (Is that AM2?) If it is, if I got it what would be the best processor I could get and if not what would be the best 939 processor?

It would help if you stated what your mobo is. I presume it's some sort of Asrock jobby to have an expansion card?

Soz, was looking for the box. It says 939SLI32-eSATA2 on the box.

I'll maybe get the expansion card and the windsorFX, that seems to be the best it supports.

Surely you'd need new memory for that as well? You'd be better off getting a 939 dual-core Opty or FX60 if you can find one second-hand at a reasonable price (good luck ).
