well replaying this as bored of the lacklustre games we have at moment.

whats best mods for this just got blackfire and currently dl maldos high texture pack
 
I think there is a slow motion mod for it somewhere. The same as the slowmo mod for Crysis 1. I loved the slowmo mod in the first game, so it should be pretty good in the sequel too!
 
well installed both of those effects performance but man it looks good and people think bf3 looks the best :p

should run it pretty good tbh

my card gets about 30 fps solid (6970) at 1980x1080 everything maxxed

there is a configurator tool which you can adjust extra settings aswell like fov and so on that arnt in game. that is seperate tool not linked but google it its easy.

also this seems interesting co op mod ! not tried it yet though .

Wow. I just got that Blackfire and Maldo mod, I couldnt believe how it could make Crysis 2 look EVEN better. Im now actually on a second play through cos this mod is awesome, Id recommend anyone to get it. And if you havent got Crysis 2 yet, then get on and get it! Apply this mod after install and it really takes the game to another level.

You dont realise the difference with the stock grey, washed out colours until you install Blackfire and Maldo mods, the whole gameworld comes to life more and the updated lighting makes a huge difference too.

A particular favourite of mine is the slow mo mod included with Blackfire.

I didnt see much of a performance drop. I was running the stock game on Ultra but I wanted a bit more 'smoothness' so I changed it down to Very High. But I did this before installing Blackfire/Maldo. After install, I didnt see any drop in fps at all.

I recommend!!

okay so a few of us have been playing with the new maldo 4.0 final version :cool: wish i could upload the actual gameplay and raw uncompressed footage but its just too big :D really is stunning and makes games like bf3 look half decent graphics wise. really is good.
