Best current budget CPU?

E5200 do clock well, im a preety new overclock but ive got 3.4ghz from it quite easily with 1.29 volts. Not going higher due to my cooling, Could probably get I dunno 3.8ghz from 1.4 volts?
 
Yea the 5200 is the way to go imo. For less than £60, it's a great chip. If you went for a second hand e6600 it would need to cost £30 or less to be worthwhile imo given that the 5200 should be able to perform just as well if not better, and you'd be buying it new :)
