Best Marketing - EA. I do like Blizzard trailers though, and also Relic (Dawn of War etc)
Best Quality Polish Tough call, as there is both technical polish and 'game' polish (lore, continuity etc). I'll go with Infinity Ward, the CoD games have that cinematic feel that many games fail to produce. Remedy would be there for the Max Payne games, but they haven't really brought enough to market.
Best Download System Valve - but only due to market penetration, I actually think Steam downloads have many flaws currently (unable to stop it pausing when you launch a game, unable to queue downloads, unable to remove partially complete downloads even if you have the game set to not update, unable to schedule downloads, have to restart to change download server etc etc)
innovate ideas Bullfront/Lionhead - Peter Molyneux often under-delivers on the execution side, but his creativity is inspired.
Account Integration All the developers that don't use it.
Gameplay I can't choose here, based on the 1990s it would be id software but they seem to be more of a technical studio these days
Length Bioware - KOTOR/ME/DA are of decent length
Story Bioware again
Optimization id software. Q3 engine scales fantastically well, and they were also the first mainstream developer to give us console access and lots of cvars to tweak
Dedication Not a trait I value particularly highly, maybe CD Projekt for post-release support for The Witcher games
