Best Digital Camera for £100-£120?

It's christmas soon and my girlfriend would like a new camera however im not sure which one to get her.

Her old Canon was a good one until she dropped it in a club and broke the lens on it!

What's good for this budget?

I was looking at reviews and it's been recommended that the Samsung MV800 it quite good.
