Best digital speakers for intel mac mini

As title really. I can't use my Creative Inspire 5.1 speakers on the mini because there analogue.

So im now looking for speakers which have optical output. What do you guys think? The Acoustic Energy Aego and the Harman Kardon Soundsticks II seem really good but im not sure if they will work on the mini.

And even at 85+, I've seen some 5.1 digital systems on ebay for cheaper then that.

The dilema is I don't really need 5.1 because I have a seperate home system for that.

So to sumarise

Less then £100
Has to have optical output
Can be 2.1 or 5.1 as long as it's digital.

So, any ideas?

Do you know if there is a way of connecting my creative inspire speakers? It has 3 connectors (green, black and pink)

I guess i was thinking of the optical because it seemed more striaght forward.

What do you recommend then?
